CONSUMER PROGRAM
Consumer program – is designed as a unique and unprecedented program without any existing analogues. A participant can buy items from numerous partner-stores at a preferential price as well as get bonuses and special prices from other participants without even inviting them into the program.
The unique feature of this program is that for regular purchases in SWClub at a preferential price, a participant, with time, would begin to receive bonuses and discounts, even without inviting anyone. Gradually, with time, those Club Bonuses will grow. If a participant decides to move forward within the Consumer Program, in a manner comfortable for them, and without any time limitations, the International Club Social Way - SWClub would provide them with all the necessary tools. Even with minimal activity in obtaining SWClub products within the Consumer Program, a participant could still get bonuses and discounts in numerous categories.
The International Club Social Way - SWClub, does not come with any obligations for the member, but only provides members with rights and opportunities to participate in the Consumer Program of SWClub.
SOCIAL SUPPORT PROGRAM
The Social Support program is one of the main embodiments of the mission of the International Club ‘Social Way’ - SWClub and defines three main directions of its social policy:
1. Targeted assistance to Club members in need;
2. Participation in various social Projects of the Club, initiated both by the Club itself and its individual members;
3. Participation in various external social projects, both local and international.
We present a unique opportunity to directly participate in the development of our joint social activities.
This is our ‘first step’ in developing connections and participating in joint social projects that form the essence of the Club.
The most important factor is that the Club does not keep any of the money received under this program. Part of the money goes to the participants themselves, and the other part is accumulated and then allocated only to our joint social projects.
For this you need:
Purchase a Social Life Program Participation Card. In each country, it costs a specific amount.
You will be able to receive income, not only and not even so much, from the participants invited by you. Both yourself and the participants you've invited will receive the main percentage of the income from the huge number of participants who will come after you and your invitees. By entering the Social Support program, the participant will receive bonuses, both from the participants invited by them directly, and from those invited by their invitees, and most importantly from other
participants (not directly known to you) who joined the project.

- Or, you could become an active investor, when you not only commit to the above mentioned actions, but also participate in other programs of the International Club Social Way - SWClub, thus earning profits from several programs simultaneously. Of course, such gains are higher.
Consumer Program
CONSUMER PROGRAM OF THE INTERNATIONAL CLUB SOCIAL WAY – SWCLUB.
To participate in the Consumer Program (CP), a unique personal Promo Code and Referral Link are used, both of which are received upon registration in the Club.
By indicating your Promo Code when making purchases in Club stores, the buyer receives a discount off the regular price of the ordered product or service, and the Referral Link is used to attract and register new Club members.
Personal Curator:
By inviting new Club members to the Consumer Program, the current PP participant becomes a Personal Curator for the newcomer. It is the responsibility of the Personal Curator to help the newcomer understand the nuances of the Consumer Program. This is rewarded with Personal Curator Bonuses, awarded to active Curators and based on the results of each calendar month.
Club Consumer Program’s Accounting System
The International System of Accounting for the Club's Consumer Program is designed to record and safely store the history of all types of activities of each of the CC participants.
In the Accounting System (via Personal Account), each CC participant can track all of the important parameters (and history) of their activities:
- Activity Points account balance at any given moment and history (accrual and spending);
- Registration and Activity of those who became a Member of the Club through the personal referral link of this CC participant;
- The current balance of your personal Bonus Account, as well as the history of accruals and debits of Bonuses, etc.
CC bonus program:
- CC Participant’s activity:
To receive bonuses based on the results of a calendar month, the CC Member must be Active during the same month.
Activity Points are the measuring unit for assessing the volume of activity of a CC member. Points are credited to the Participant’s personal account for those purchases made by others using the Participant’s personal Promo Code, and for their invitation and registration of new CC Participants.
The Participant’s activity is determined by the amount of Activity Points accumulated via their personal balance at the end of each calendar month. To confirm the Participant’s Activity, the amount accumulated based on the results of the current month must be at least 200 Points.
The balance of the Activity Points in the personal account of each of the CC participants is also used to calculate the amount of Bonuses earned at the end of each month.
Every Activity replenishes the balance of the Participant’s personal account, and each distribution of Bonuses reduces this balance according to the following scheme:
- If the balance is less than 200 Points, then the Points are transferred toward the following calendar month and no bonuses for such CC Member are calculated in the current month;
- If the balance is anywhere from 200 to 500 points inclusive, then the amount of points that is a multiple of “one hundred” is debited from the balance and the remaining balance is transferred to the following month;
- If the balance is more than 500 points, then 500 points are debited from the balance, Bonuses are distributed, and the remaining balance of Points is transferred to continue accumulating activity for the next calendar month.
- Bonuses and types of Bonuses:
Bonuses are the internal “currency” of the Consumer Program, intended to reward active CC participants, as well as for settlements between Club members (for example, for partial or full payment of purchases), and payment for participation in other Club programs.
Bonuses are calculated and accrued monthly for all Active CC participants.
As part of the Club's Consumer Program, there are 2 types of Bonuses:
Club and Personal Bonuses.
Club bonuses:
Club Bonuses are awarded as a percentage of the total volume of the point value of goods purchased in the current month, that is accumulated in the Personal Accounts of all lower-level CC participants up to 12 (twelve) levels.
The actual percentage for calculating Club Bonuses is based on the results of the personal balance of Activity Points at the end of the month according to the following scheme:
● 200-299 points – 0.5%;
● 300-399 points – 1%;
● 400-499 points – 1.5%;
● 500 or more points – 2%.
When calculating Club Bonuses, the Compression mechanism is used.
Compression:
If any CC participant is not Active in a given month, then no Bonuses are awarded to them. At the time of calculation of Club Bonuses to other CC participants, this inactive Participant’s ‘place’ in the general CC Accounting System ‘collapses’, and the Bonuses calculated for this position are then pulled up and transferred to the nearest active place. Thus, the Compression mechanism when calculating Bonuses, automatically increases the size of Club Bonuses for active higher-level CC participants. Although, , non-active places maintain their place in the structure without being removed. No one is evicted from the structure – it remains stable.
Personal Bonuses of the Personal Curator:
Personal Bonuses are awarded to an active CC participant as a reward for their Personal Mentorship of other CC participants.
The exact amount of Personal Bonuses is calculated as a percentage of the amount of all Bonuses accrued in the current calendar month to the CC Participants personally supervised by them and depends on the number of such Participants:
● 1 - 4 participants – 20% of the total amount of their bonuses;
● 5 - 7 participants – 30% of the total amount of their bonuses;
● 8 - 9 participants – 40% of the total amount of their bonuses;
● 10 or more participants – 50% of the total amount of their bonuses.
Use of Bonuses:
Bonuses accrued to a Club Member are accumulated on their Personal Bonus Account and can be used for:
- Payment of personal purchases in Club stores;
- Payment for participation in other Club Programs or as donations to the Club’s Charity Events;
- Transfer to Personal Bonus Accounts of other Club Members;
- Withdrawal in the form of cash funds to a personal bank account (via bank card). The conversion of bonuses into the currency of the designated bank account is determined by the internal rate of Club bonuses relative to a specific currency.

THE SOCIAL LIFE PROGRAM IS ONE OF THE MAIN EMBODIMENTS OF THE CLUB'S MISSION AND DEFINES THREE CORE DIRECTIONS OF ITS SOCIAL POLICY:
- Targeted assistance to Club members in need;
- Participation in various socially significant Projects of the Club, initiated both by the Club itself and its individual members;
- Participation in various external social projects, both local and international.
Participation in the Social Life Program is available to all Club members, regardless of their status, gender, age, residence, and other personal characteristics. The key factors are a keen sense of personal responsibility and an active stance. The social activities of the Club are completely transparent and fully controllable.
In order to become a Club Partner, it is necessary to subscribe, which consists of an initial contribution of 500 points, followed by a monthly contribution of 100 points for participation in this and all other Club programs.
Participation in the Club Partnership Program provides access to all Club programs and allows the participant to receive additional discounts and bonuses, aimed primarily at addressing social issues.
The money received by the Club as subscription payment is allocated into two Funds:
- Participant Reward Fund: These funds are distributed among the program participants based on monthly results.
- Development Fund: These funds are directed toward the Club's development, including the financing of specific target programs.
The Club’s administration is always open to new proposals for social assistance within the Club's framework.
Accrual of Bonuses:
- Instant Bonus: Accrued from newcomers, both personally invited, and those invited by your team, up to a depth of 12 levels.
- Level 1 - 40%:
- Level 2 - 10%;
- Level 3 - 5%;
- Levels 4 to 12 - 1% each.
Partnership Bonus:
- All program participants are simultaneously organized into a binary structure up to 12 levels. Thus, two participants are placed under each participant and so on. Each lower level is doubled. Upon the receipt of the initial and/or monthly contribution for subscription, each higher level position is credited 4 points.
Personal Curator Bonus:
Each participant who performs in accordance with the Club’s rules and has personally invited other Club members then receives a bonus from their invitees’ bonuses up to a depth of 4 levels:
- Level 1 - 50%;
- Level 2 - 10%;
- Level 3 - 5%;
- Level 4 - 5%.
Thus, bonuses from the Reward Fund are awarded to each participant in the Program, even those who have not personally invited any new participants.
PROGRAM SWCLUB SPECIAL FUND OF THE INTERNATIONAL CLUB SOCIAL WAY – SWCLUB.
The goal of the Special Fund program is to expand the range of goods, offers and sales, which in turn leads to an increase in the profitability of each Club member.
The Special Fund program operates at the level of each individual Regional International Company (RIC), as part of the general structure of SWCLUB.
How it works?
Participation in this Program, like all the others, is completely voluntary.
Each Club member is invited to make an investment in the Club’s Special Fund in the amount of 5,000 points for purchase of goods which will be additionally supplied to the Club’s trading platforms, as a separate project. The profit from this project is divided equally between the Club itself and the participants of the Special Fund.
Each share is set at 5000 points. Each member of the Special Fund program can have no more than three shares at the same time.
Thus, the Program participant, along with other participants, becomes a full-fledged co-investor of the Club. None of the participants in this Program need to have or run their own personal online store and maintain its functionality - deal with inventory, accept payments, process orders, and take care of customers - the Club takes care of all these steps!
The Fund Participant is given 3 (three) months, including the month of entry, when they can withdraw their investments and exit the Program. For example, a participant entered the program, received bonuses for participating in it for two months, and then left. After withdrawing a share (or all shares, if the Participant had more than one share in the program, they forfeit the opportunity to return to participation in the program for 1 (one) year.
The profit accumulated from sales is distributed among the Program participants in the form of Bonuses as income on their shares.
The amount of this income consists of 2 parts:
- 50% of the profit received from trades is distributed equally among all participants of the Program in proportion to the number of their shares in the Program;
- The other 50% is distributed in proportion to the amount of accumulated Activity Points within the framework of the Consumer Program for that billing period.
Each Settlement Period equals a calendar quarter period.
Thus, each Active participant in the Special Fund Program receives income proportional to both their personal Activity and proportional to the level of synergy of activities of all participants.

PROGRAM ‘BUSINESS-TO-BUSINESS’.
We present to you yet another opportunity to earn income from participating in the activities of the Club - the Business-to-Business Program.
Club members, while using products and services from various Suppliers available on the Club’s trading platforms, may also take an active role in supplying these platforms with a variety of products and services, thus earning additional income.
There are several Club Programs:
● Special Fund program, within the framework of which, each Club member may participate as a passive Investor by purchasing investment shares and receiving income from their share investments;
● The Thriving Friendship program, within the framework of which, a member can realize themselves as a personal manager of certain partner stores and receive remuneration from the commissions such partner stores pay to the Club;
● As well as, the Business-to-Business program, which allows a member to apply themselves as an active target investor.
How it works?
As part of this Program, a participant, in agreement with the Club administration, can purchase a certain batch of products and transfer same to the Club store for sale. As goods or services are sold, the Club settles accrued income with such supplier-investor.
Before transferring goods to the Club Store for sale, the parties agree on the assortment, cost, prices and all other details. At the end of the month, the club provides the program participant with a full report on all operations - income, expenses, balance of goods in warehouses and up-to-date account balance.
At any time, a Program participant may, in agreement with the administration of the International Club Social Way - SWClub and at least one week before the proposed change, make adjustments to the prices of their goods or even withdraw these products from sale.
Upon completion of sales and with the desire of the Program participant, the cycle may be repeated.
Participation in this Program is entirely voluntary and in no way conflicts with activities in other Club Programs.

There are several directions of activity:
- One may act as a passive investor by purchasing, in agreement with the company, certain goods and transferring them for sale in the Club store.
Amounts, types of goods and percentage of profit are discussed in advance. Upon the sale of goods, funds along with profit are transferred to the investor. If desired, the cycle repeats;
- One may act as an active investor when, along with fulfilling the previously listed tasks, while simultaneously participating in other Consumer programs Club SWClub, benefiting from several programs at once. Naturally, the resulting incomes are higher.
International Club Social Way - SWClub will provide all possible assistance with organizing this business process.

Club members, while using products and services from various Suppliers available on the Club’s trading platforms, may also take an active role in supplying these platforms with a variety of products and services, thus earning additional income.
There are several Club Programs:
● Special Fund program, within the framework of which, each Club member may participate as a passive Investor by purchasing investment shares and receiving income from their share investments;
● The Thriving Friendship program, within the framework of which, a member can realize themselves as a personal manager of certain partner stores and receive remuneration from the commissions such partner stores pay to the Club;
● As well as, the Business-to-Business program, which allows a member to apply themselves as an active target investor.
How it works?
As part of this Program, a participant, in agreement with the Club administration, can purchase a certain batch of products and transfer same to the Club store for sale. As goods or services are sold, the Club settles accrued income with such supplier-investor.
Before transferring goods to the Club Store for sale, the parties agree on the assortment, cost, prices and all other details. At the end of the month, the club provides the program participant with a full report on all operations - income, expenses, balance of goods in warehouses and up-to-date account balance.
At any time, a Program participant may, in agreement with the administration of the International Club Social Way - SWClub and at least one week before the proposed change, make adjustments to the prices of their goods or even withdraw these products from sale.
Upon completion of sales and with the desire of the Program participant, the cycle may be repeated.
Participation in this Program is entirely voluntary and in no way conflicts with activities in other Club Programs.
